  • How to cancel the order that I placed?

    Cropx360 does not allow return of goods once delivered.

  • What if product is damaged?

    In that case, the customer has to provide a proof of the damage. This can include photographs or video, after verification Cropx360 will accept the return and initiate the refund.

  • When will I receive my refund for the damaged product?

    7 - 10 working days

  • How to track my order?

    After placing order, within 24 hours you will receive a message with a link , through which you can track the order.
