How to cancel the order that I placed?
Cropx360 does not allow return of goods once delivered.

What if product is damaged?
In that case, the customer has to provide a proof of the damage. This can include photographs or video, after verification Cropx360 will accept the return and initiate the refund.

7 - 10 working days
